I understand that roe needs to be entered as a fraction (e.g., 0.7 for 70%). Does the same apply to the criteria, "operating cash flow / revenue ttm"? For that matter, should I always enter a fraction if there is a numerator and denominator? (I doubt the answer is "yes" since price / book doesn't seem to require a fraction (e.g., "1" refers to a stock selling at book price).

Sreven,

Your cannot be answered as posed. Different variables have different ranges.

In your example, the range is usually from 0 to 1 because OCF is almost never greater than revenue. That is not true for every variable pair.
