I screened for companies in israel, on the tel aviv xchge, with roe > 10 (this last condition read 12 results...there were hundreds on the first two conditions...yes, the tel aviv exchange was listed as one of my markets...the problem: the cum result was zero...shouldn't it be 12?

First, remember, ROE should be less than 1 or a percentage.

It is possible that the 12 results were outside of the markets that you limited your screen to. The total results includes all of the markets that you have selected from the markets menu. If you limited those markets in your screen, you might have matching results in other markets that are filtered out by the earlier condition.
