Alerts not emailing 5 years, 1 month ago #1586

Hi there,

I set up an alert on my account but don't seem to receive the email. I have not seen it going to junk so I am guessing I may have unsubscribed from emails somehow or it may not be working. Could you please advise?

Jason,

You are not unsusbscribed from e-mails, but your account currently has no alerts configured! To set up an alert, you can go to the Alerts->Create Alert menu, select the folder containing the screen you would like to be alerted for, select the individual screen to set up an alert for, and then click the Create Alert button.
