made me think that it would be great if we could add some custom rows in the "Company Profile" for financial statements. Maybe some users are interested in less rows or other ones not already there but available in the database.

You can customize the columns in a screener results set or watch list, but not in the profile. Depending on how many custom metrics you need, that might work for you.

There are 10 interim periods of data, 10 annual periods of data, and up to 10 custom columns supported (so you can see a full interim or annual timeline of a metric in a watch list or screener results view.
