Hello there,
Do you know how can I download in an spreadsheet the name of the 53371 companies listed on this platform? When I download it, it does only download the result of that page (roughly about 50 companies). Do I have to download it , page by page (It will take me ages) or is there a straight forward way of downloading all of them in one go? Regards |

Licensing restrictions prohibit us from offering larger bulk downloads. There is no reason to export that many companies, as you can whittle down the list using the screener's internal calculation engine prior to export.

is the max download 50 at a time?

Yes, the max download is 50 rows and 10 user defined columns at a time.

That's a bit of a show-stopper for me. I want to use 'Top' and 'Bottom' sorts, e.g. if i want to find the companies that rank 101-300 by market cap. Your screener doesn't have a 'Top' or 'Bottom' operator, but if I could export the top 300 companies by market cap to Excel, I could then filter out the top 100.
Given however that I can only export a maximum of 50 rows, is there another way i can do the same thing (without having to do six exports, 50 rows at a time) |

Unfortunately, there is no workaround. Thomson Reuters does not allow us to make large bulk exports available through Screener.co. Exports are limited to 50 rows and 10 columns at a time, though there is no limit to the number of pages that you can export individually.
